The itinerary carved out a full afternoon for nothing. No agenda. Just the Gulf. That blank space on the schedule ended up being my favorite part of the whole trip. Rehovia knew what we needed before we did.

I'm a "let's just figure it out" person when it comes to trips. Mary Beth convinced me to try this. Now I'm the one who'd do it again. The hiking and winery days were perfectly balanced — never rushed, never bored.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you want
to know about Rehovia.

What is Rehovia?

Rehovia is a premium AI travel itinerary planner that builds fully personalized trip plans around you — your interests, pace, group, budget, and travel style. Instead of spending hours across dozens of tabs, Rehovia creates a thoughtful, day-by-day itinerary in minutes.

How do I generate my first itinerary?

Create a free account — no credit card required. You'll immediately get access to one free itinerary of up to 3 days. Choose your planning mode (I Know My Destination, Help Me Choose, or Explore), answer a few questions about your trip, and Rehovia will generate a complete day-by-day plan tailored to you.

What are the three planning modes?

I Know My Destination — You have a place in mind. Enter it, and Rehovia designs a complete trip around your dates, interests, group, and style.

Help Me Choose — You know roughly what kind of trip you want, but you're open on where. Answer a few questions and Rehovia recommends the best destination for you, then builds the itinerary around it.

Explore (Pro) — The most open-ended mode. Tell Rehovia a region or vibe you're after, and it surfaces two or three destination options with full itineraries so you can compare and decide.

What's included in the free plan?

Every new account gets one complete, free itinerary of up to 3 days — no credit card required. It's a full itinerary with all the same quality as paid plans. Unlock a trip for up to 7 days, or go Pro for expanded planning.

What does Pro include?

Pro gives you up to 5 trips per month (up to 21 days each) with 3 refinements per trip across all three planning modes, including Explore. It also includes multi-city and multi-leg route planning, saved trip history, and PDF export. Pro is $45/month and can be cancelled at any time.

What's the Pay-Per-Trip option?

If you only travel a few times a year, a Pro subscription may be more than you need. For $15, you can unlock a single trip — one fully customized itinerary of up to 7 days with limited refinements to get it just right, all within a 7-day window. You can plan using either "I Know Where I'm Going" or "Help Me Choose." It's a one-time purchase, not a subscription. For multi-city routes, longer trips, or expanded monthly planning, Pro is the way to go.

How accurate are the recommendations?

Rehovia draws on a vast knowledge of destinations, local culture, dining, and activities. That said, specific business names, hours, and availability change — we always recommend verifying individual restaurants or attractions before you visit. The itinerary is a thoughtful, curated starting point, not a guaranteed reservation system.

Can Rehovia handle multi-city or road trip itineraries?

Yes. When you specify multiple destinations or a road trip style, Rehovia accounts for travel time between stops, sequences them geographically to minimize backtracking, and even suggests worthwhile en-route stops. For example, driving from Philadelphia to Cape May? Rehovia knows the route and can suggest stops along the way that match your interests.

Does Rehovia book accommodations or activities for me?

Rehovia does not book directly on your behalf. Instead, it thoughtfully recommends exceptional stays and experiences aligned with your itinerary. You can use the provided links to explore and book hotels, rental properties, and activities that fit your trip.

What does the Profile section do?

Your Rehovia profile stores your standing preferences — dietary needs, accessibility considerations, home city, travel bio, interests, and bucket list. Once saved, the AI reads these every time it builds an itinerary for you, so it can personalize even further without you having to re-enter the same information on every trip.

Is my information safe?

Yes. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt and never stored in plain text. Session tokens are cryptographically signed and stored in HTTP-only cookies. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe — Rehovia never sees or stores your card information. See our full Privacy Policy for details.

How do I contact Rehovia?

About Rehovia

Built for people who want to
travel thoughtfully.

Without spending hours planning to get there.

Every great trip starts with knowing what to look for.

For a long time, I was the one in my circle who loved planning trips. I enjoyed it — but I also felt the weight of it. Researching what was actually worth doing, figuring out which neighborhoods made sense, trying to build something that felt genuinely personal rather than pulled from a listicle. Even when it went well, it took real time.

And even then, it wasn't always easy to get it right. I'd go on trips and realize I had missed so much — the local spots, the cultural moments, the places that make a destination feel like more than somewhere you just visited.

The difference between a good trip and a great one often comes down to one thing: knowing what to look for — and having the time to find it. Rehovia was created to bridge that gap.

Not just where to go — but how you want to experience it.

Rehovia helps you plan trips around what you actually care about. Whether that means finding the right winery, discovering local artwork, exploring meaningful landmarks, or simply moving at a pace that feels right — Rehovia brings it together thoughtfully, and makes the planning feel less like work.

Instead of spending hours searching across dozens of tabs, Rehovia builds your itinerary intentionally — so you arrive knowing exactly what to expect, and leave with nothing missed.

Personal. Curated. Effortless.

Planning a trip should feel exciting — like that moment when everything comes together and you're genuinely looking forward to it. Not overwhelmed. Not rushed. Not generic.

Rehovia is designed to feel like something built specifically for you. Because it is.

Our Philosophy

Travel should feel
personal.

Not like something pulled from a list — but something that reflects what you actually care about.

At Rehovia, we believe the difference between a good trip and a great one isn't just where you go — it's how intentionally it's planned.

🧭
Travel should be thoughtful

The best trips don't happen by accident. They come from understanding what matters to you — whether that's food, culture, pace, or the small details that make a place feel memorable. Rehovia is designed to bring that thoughtfulness into every plan.

Less searching, more experiencing

Planning shouldn't take hours of research across dozens of tabs. The time you spend preparing for a trip should feel just as enjoyable as the trip itself. Rehovia removes the friction — so you can focus on what you're actually looking forward to.

🌿
Personal over generic

No two trips should feel the same. Rehovia doesn't create one-size-fits-all itineraries — it builds plans around your preferences, your interests, and your travel style. Because the best trips feel like they were made for you.

⚖️
Balance over overload

More isn't always better. Trying to do everything often leads to missing what actually matters. Rehovia prioritizes balance — so your trip feels full, but never rushed. There's room to breathe, to linger, to discover something unexpected.

Last updated: April 4, 2026

By using Rehovia, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

1. Overview

Rehovia is a travel planning service that uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized itineraries and destination recommendations. We are a planning and inspiration tool — we do not book travel, accommodations, or experiences on your behalf.

2. Use of Service

You agree to use Rehovia for personal, lawful purposes only. You agree to provide accurate information when using our planning wizard and not to misuse, copy, or exploit our platform or the itineraries it generates. Commercial redistribution of Rehovia-generated content without permission is prohibited.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@rehovia.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Payments & Billing

Rehovia offers two paid options: Rehovia Pro (monthly subscription, billed at $45/month) and Pay-Per-Trip (one-time unlock at $15 per trip). All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

Pro subscriptions renew automatically each month. You may cancel at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Any pricing changes affecting active subscriptions will be communicated in advance.

Pay-Per-Trip (PPT)

Each Pay-Per-Trip purchase unlocks one (1) AI-generated travel itinerary of up to seven (7) days. This includes your initial itinerary generation plus a limited number of refinement actions (currently three).

Refinement adjustments — including regenerations and edits — must be used within seven (7) days of purchase. After the 7-day window expires, your trip remains saved and viewable in your account, but no further modifications can be made unless you upgrade to Pro or unlock a new trip.

A PPT purchase unlocks a single-destination trip of up to seven (7) days. It does not grant access to Pro features such as multiple monthly itineraries, the Explore planning mode, multi-city or multi-leg routes, or trips longer than seven days. Each new trip requires a separate unlock or an active Pro subscription.

Pay-Per-Trip unlocks are non-refundable once the itinerary has been generated. If you experience a technical issue that prevents your itinerary from being delivered, contact us at hello@rehovia.com and we will review your case.

Rehovia Pro

Rehovia Pro is a monthly subscription billed at $45/month. It includes up to five (5) AI-generated travel itineraries per billing cycle, each up to twenty-one (21) days in length.

Each trip includes up to three (3) refinement actions (regenerations and edits combined). Refinements are scoped to the trip they were generated with and do not carry over between trips or billing periods.

Pro subscribers have access to all three planning modes — including Explore — as well as multi-city and multi-leg route planning, saved trip history, and PDF export.

Pro does not guarantee unlimited usage. Trip counts, refinement limits, and feature access are subject to the plan terms described here and may be updated with notice.

5. Refund Policy

All purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law. If you believe there has been a billing error, contact us at hello@rehovia.com within 14 days and we will review your case.

6. Nature of the Service

Rehovia provides recommendations and planning assistance only. We do not book travel, guarantee availability or pricing, or verify the accuracy of third-party services (restaurants, venues, attractions) recommended in your itinerary.

You are responsible for verifying all travel details — including hours of operation, reservation requirements, and travel advisories — before your trip. Rehovia is not liable for any losses arising from reliance on AI-generated recommendations.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclosure

Rehovia uses artificial intelligence and automated systems to generate personalized travel itineraries, destination recommendations, and related content. While we design our systems to produce high-quality, thoughtful results, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of AI-generated content.

You are responsible for independently verifying all details in your itinerary before relying on them — including but not limited to business hours, reservation requirements, pricing, accessibility, and any health or safety considerations relevant to your trip.

All content generated by Rehovia is provided for informational and planning purposes only and should not be the sole basis for travel decisions.

8. No Professional Advice

Rehovia provides travel planning suggestions for informational purposes only. Nothing provided through the service constitutes professional advice, including but not limited to safety, legal, medical, or travel advisory guidance. You should consult official sources and relevant authorities before making travel decisions.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, and technology on Rehovia are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse any part of our platform without express written permission. The itineraries we generate for you are for your personal use only.

10. Service Availability

We strive to provide a reliable and high-quality experience, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Rehovia may experience delays, outages, or unexpected behavior, and we are not liable for any resulting inconvenience or losses.

11. Service Changes

Rehovia is an evolving product. We may modify, update, or remove features at any time without prior notice. This includes changes to pricing, functionality, or availability of certain tools or experiences.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rehovia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction within Alabama.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service will first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be handled in the appropriate courts of the State of Alabama.

Day 1 · Friday, May 22
Arrive, Eat Pizza, Breathe 🍕
🌙 Evening
  • Cross the bridge onto the island, check in, and claim your porch — crack a drink, let the dogs stretch their legs on the beach, and let the Gulf air do its thing
  • Settle in over pizza on the deck with the sound of the water in the background — a proper island arrival
  • Swing through Eastpoint on US-98 — BJ's Pizza & Subs is just before the bridge onto the island, making it the perfect grab on the way in: a local legend with a serious following, thick crusts, and zero pretense
Dining BJ's Pizza & Subs — the non-negotiable arrival-night ritual for St. George Island regulars
Picking up pizza at BJ's before crossing the bridge means you're eating within 20 minutes of arrival and the whole group can decompress immediately — no restaurant logistics on a travel night.
Day 2 · Saturday, May 23
The Hike, the Beach & the Golden Hour 🦀
☕ Morning
  • Weber's Little Donut Shop — step out early and walk or drive the two blocks to this beloved island institution; the donuts are made fresh and the line moves fast, best enjoyed on the beach with coffee in hand
  • Morning beach walk with the dogs along the west-end shoreline — St. George's Gulf-side sand is wide, white, and almost completely undeveloped; let the pups run at the waterline before the sun gets serious
☀️ Afternoon
  • Dr. Julian G. Bruce St. George Island State Park — drive the nine miles to the east end of the island where the park begins and the crowds disappear entirely; this is the best dog-friendly hike on the island, with nature trails winding through pine flatwoods and coastal scrub before opening onto a stretch of undisturbed Gulf beach that feels like a genuine discovery; leashes required on trails but dogs are very welcome
  • Explore the Gap Point trail for a quieter, bay-side perspective — a flat, easy walk through salt marsh and coastal forest that the park's casual visitors almost never find
🌙 Evening
  • Golden-hour walk with the dogs along the shore as the light goes low and orange — the west-facing Gulf beach on St. George is one of the finest sunset vantages on the entire Florida Panhandle
  • Dinner at Blue Parrot Ocean Front Cafe — the island's most iconic waterfront spot, perched right above the Gulf with open-air seating, a long menu of fresh local seafood, and the kind of view that makes a long dinner feel like the right call; this is the dinner you'll talk about on the drive home
Dining Blue Parrot Ocean Front Cafe for a Gulf-view seafood dinner
Blue Parrot fills up fast on summer weekends — put your name in early or show up right at opening to snag a table on the water side. Plan the state park visit for mid-afternoon so you're back and freshened up before the dinner crowd builds.
Day 3 · Sunday, May 24
Lighthouse, Stars & a Night to Remember 🌟
☕ Morning
  • Bayside Coffee Co. in Eastpoint — a quick five-minute drive over the bridge to what is genuinely one of the best-reviewed coffee stops in the entire area; a calm, unhurried morning coffee before the day opens up
  • St. George Island Lighthouse, Museum & Gift Shop — the restored 1833 lighthouse is the island's defining landmark and one of the tallest brick lighthouses in the country; climb the 92 steps for sweeping views of the Gulf, the bay, and the marshes in every direction; the museum inside tells the story of the island's fishing and maritime heritage in a way that actually sticks
☀️ Afternoon
  • Beach time and easy exploration — time to wander the west-end beaches with the dogs, swim, or explore the island's quiet streets at your own pace; if the mood strikes mid-afternoon, Paddy's Raw Bar is a short walk from the main beach area — cold drinks, cold oysters, and a laid-back open-air vibe that fits perfectly into an unrushed afternoon
🌙 Evening
  • Dinner at Paddy's Raw Bar on the island — a laid-back open-air spot with cold oysters, cold drinks, and views of the sound; the menu is straightforward and fresh, and the vibe is exactly what you want on a Sunday night: no pretense, just good Gulf seafood with the group
  • After dinner, return for the night's signature moment: stargazing from the beach in front of your rental — St. George Island sits in one of the darkest coastal corridors on the Gulf Coast; after 9:30pm in late May, the Milky Way is visible to the naked eye on a clear night; bring a blanket, kill the porch lights, and let your eyes adjust — this is the unexpected highlight of the trip, the moment that makes the island feel genuinely remote and extraordinary
Dining Paddy's Raw Bar for oysters and Gulf seafood on the island
The lighthouse has timed-entry climbing slots that sell out on busy weekends — book online through the lighthouse's official site before you arrive; it's open Thursday–Monday, and May 24 (Sunday) availability is less pressured than Saturday, but reserve in advance to be safe.
Day 4 · Monday, May 25
Memorial Day — Art, Brewery & the Road North 🇺🇸
☕ Morning
  • Weber's Little Donut Shop or Bayside Coffee Co. — one last quick stop for coffee and a pastry before the day gets rolling
☀️ Afternoon
  • One last lunch at Red Pirate Family Grill & Oyster Bar on US-98 in Eastpoint — a beloved waterfront spot on the Apalachicola Bay side with raw bar service, cold beer, and a shaded porch that makes saying goodbye to the coast genuinely hard
  • Pack up the rental, load the dogs, and cross the bridge toward Apalachicola — 20 minutes west on US-98 and you're in one of the most characterful small towns on the Gulf Coast
  • The Pearl — Art for Everyone on Commerce Street: a genuine local gallery with rotating original work and a strong sense of the region's artistic identity — the kind of place where you might actually buy something worth hanging
  • The Sea Grape Gallery on Water Street is a short walk away and worth pausing at — focused, beautifully curated, and a lovely contrast to the bigger tourist shops nearby
  • Eastpoint Beer Company back on US-98 in Eastpoint — one of the area's best-reviewed craft breweries with an easy-going tap room and a solid lineup of Gulf Coast-inspired ales and lagers; a perfect Memorial Day afternoon stop with the dogs before pointing the cars toward Montgomery; dogs are welcome on the outdoor patio
Dining Red Pirate Family Grill & Oyster Bar for a final waterfront lunch, Eastpoint Beer Company for a Memorial Day craft beer send-off
The Apalachicola–Eastpoint corridor sits directly on US-98 toward I-10 and Montgomery, so this entire departure block flows naturally in the direction of home — no backtracking required.
St. George Island has a way of slowing time down — the kind of place where a morning walk turns into an hour, dinner stretches until the stars appear, and four days somehow feels both full and unhurried. Caroline and your crew are leaving with sand in your bags, dogs that slept like logs, the smell of Gulf air in your memory, a Milky Way moment over the water that no photograph will fully capture, and the memory of the lighthouse climb framing the bay in golden light. That's the island doing exactly what it does best.
Where to Stay
The west-end village stretch of St. George Island — within walking distance of W. Gulf Beach Drive, Weber's Donut Shop, and the island's main cluster of restaurants and shops, with direct beach access and the calm of a residential neighborhood just steps from the Gulf
Vacation Rental
A beachfront or beach-access rental on the west end puts you within a five-minute walk of every on-island restaurant and shop, keeps the dogs happy with easy morning access to the sand, and gives the group a shared porch or deck to watch the stars come out over the Gulf each night — the kind of space that makes a four-person couples trip actually feel like one.

Know Before You Go
A few things that will make your trip smoother, more enjoyable, and more local.
Access & Entry
  • Dr. Julian G. Bruce St. George Island State Park charges $6 per vehicle (up to 8 people); the staffed entrance gate is open 8am–sunset daily — pay by cash or card on arrival; no advance reservation required for day use
  • The St. George Island Lighthouse has timed-entry climbing slots that sell out on busy weekends — book online through the lighthouse's official site before you arrive; it is open Thursday–Monday; reserve at least one week in advance for holiday-weekend certainty
  • Eastpoint Beer Company and Red Pirate Family Grill & Oyster Bar may adjust hours for Memorial Day (May 25) — call or check their social pages the day before to confirm; holiday Monday modifications are uncommon but possible for smaller operators
Dining & Reservations
  • Blue Parrot Ocean Front Cafe does not take reservations — it's first-come, first-seated; arrive within the first 15 minutes of opening (typically 11am) on a Saturday to secure a Gulf-side table; the wait can stretch to 45 minutes by noon on a weekend
  • Paddy's Raw Bar is a relaxed walk-in spot — the afternoon and early-evening windows between 3–6pm offer the best chance at a table without a significant wait; it's a casual raw bar, so flexibility is part of the charm
  • Red Pirate Family Grill & Oyster Bar fills up quickly on holiday weekends — arrive before 12:30pm for lunch or expect a 30–45 minute wait; the patio is shaded and the wait is worth it
Dog-Friendly Tips
  • Dogs are welcome on St. George Island's main beach but must be on a leash — the island does not have designated off-leash areas; early morning (before 9am) is the best window for a relaxed, crowd-free walk with the dogs
  • Inside Dr. Julian G. Bruce State Park, dogs are permitted on all nature trails and the bayside areas on a 6-foot leash; they are not permitted in swim areas but the Gap Point trail and picnic areas are fully dog-welcoming; bring plenty of water for the dogs as May heat can be intense by afternoon
  • Eastpoint Beer Company's outdoor patio is dog-friendly — a great spot for the departure day brewery stop; always bring water for the dogs as May temperatures on the Panhandle can reach the mid-to-upper 80s by early afternoon
  • BJ's Pizza & Subs allows leashed dogs outside on arrival night — convenient if the group wants to keep the dogs close while grabbing pizza
Getting Around
  • The bridge from Eastpoint onto St. George Island is the only way on or off — there is no traffic signal and it moves quickly, but during Memorial Day weekend expect brief backup on Sunday evening and Monday afternoon as visitors depart; if you're heading out Monday after 2pm (post-checkout), you'll be in the main outbound flow, so factor in a 15-minute buffer
  • The island is small and easily navigable by car; most west-end spots are within a 5-minute drive of each other; the state park at the east end is a 15-minute drive from the west-end village
  • Apalachicola and Eastpoint sit 20–25 minutes west of the island on US-98, which feeds directly onto I-10 toward Montgomery — your entire departure day block flows in the direction of home without a single mile of backtracking
Weather & Timing
  • Late May on St. George Island means high temperatures in the mid-to-upper 80s with Gulf water already warming into the low 80s — ideal for swimming; afternoon thunderstorms are possible, typically brief and clearing by evening; keep an eye on the forecast for the stargazing night (Sunday, May 24) and choose that evening for the best Milky Way visibility
  • Memorial Day weekend is one of the busiest weekends of the year on the island — grocery stores and the island's few shops can sell out of basics by Saturday afternoon; stock your rental with any essentials (sunscreen, dog food, beverages) on Friday evening before everything gets picked over
  • The bridge can experience brief congestion during departures Monday afternoon (May 25); leaving after 2pm puts you in the main outbound window, so plan to depart after that time to match the natural traffic flow
